Use this tab to create a support file that you can send to Luminex Technical Support. To

include batch information in the support file, use the Include Batch Information button and

the Select Batch table.

• Include Batch Information - Select this to include batch infromation with the support file.

It actives the Select Batch table.

• Select Batch - This table includes columns for the following information about a batch:

• Name

• Protocol

• Protocol Version

• Date - Click the arrowhead to sort the batches by date, ascending or descending.

• Status

• Support - Click this button to launch the Support Utility.

Sending a Support.zip File

1. If you want to include a batch file, select it and check Include Batch Information.

2. Press Support. The Support Utility launches.
